According to him, certain problems may appear related to shortage of circulating assets for processing enterprises. Some measures should be undertaken in order to create favorable conditions for their operation. Mr. Minasyan informed, that Armenia's government in the framework of anti-crisis program provides with state guarantees, funds or even becomes a stakeholder.
