RA President doesn't rule out amnesty

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan called on political forces, NGOs and Public Council to request him to pardon those arrested or under examination in March 1 case.



The announcement was made in Sardarapat today.



"If I receive such, I can address the National Assembly. However, the application should be legally grounded so I can use my constitutional right to amnesty," President Sargsyan said.
