Bako Sahakyan highly estimates activities of France-Armenia friendship group

PanARMENIAN.Net - On 9 June President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic Bako Sahakyan met member of the National Assembly of France and chairman of the France-Armenia Parliamentary Friendship Group of the parliament of France François Rochebloine and accompanying him officials, who arrived in Artsakh the day before.



Issues of bilateral cooperation and the settlement of the Azerbaijani-Karabagh conflict were discussed at the meeting, central information department of the NKR President's Office reports.



NKR president highly estimated activities of the France-Armenia Parliamentary Friendship Group aimed at strengthening ties between the two nations. Touching upon the current state and future of the Nagorno Karabagh conflict settlement, the President noted the constructive position of France, a co-chair country of the OSCE Minsk group.



French officials expressed confidence that without consent and participation of Artsakh and its people it will be impossible to settle the conflict. Chairman of the NKR National Assembly Ashot Ghulyan partook at the meeting.
