Lavrov and Nalbandyan discussed regional and international issues

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Eduard Nalbandian met with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov in Moscow on June 14 on the sidelines of a Collective Security Treaty Organization conference that finalized the creation of a permanent military force for the post-soviet alliance, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported.



Nalbandian, whose country occupied the CSTO's annual rotating chairmanship until this month, spoke at the conference about Armenia's efforts to coordinate the foreign policies of member states.



The two foreign minister met after the conference in "a warm and sincere atmosphere" for talks on deepening their bilateral relations, the ministry said, adding that they also discussed a "wide range of regional and international issues."
