The Turkish parliament speaker will travel to the Russian Federation on Sunday

PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkey's Parliament Speaker Koksal Toptan will visit Russia upon an invitation by Sergey Mironov, the chairman of the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.



Toptan will have talks with Boris Gryzlov, the speaker of the Russian State Duma (lower house); Sergey Mironov; and Vadim Tulpanov, the chairman of the St.Petersburg Legislative Assembly.



The Turkish parliament speaker will visit Turkish poet Nazim Hikmet's grave, meet Turkish businessmen and citizens living in Russia; lay a wreath on the Tomb of Unknown Soldier; and visit State Tretyakov Gallery and the Kremlin Palace in the Russian capital of Moscow.



Toptan is expected to return to Turkey on June 24, World Bulletin reported.
