Turkey links normalization of relations with Armenia to Karabakh issue

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Turkish pubic will not agree to establish diplomatic relations with Armenia unless the Nagorno Karabakh conflict is resolved, a Turkish official said.



"We have already lost 20 years resolving the issue," Deputy Secretary of the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs Unal Cevikoz told an international conference in Astana.



He also stressed the importance of formation of Caucasus stability platform, the Azeri Pres Agency reported.
