Stepanakert should have passed a law, defining Yerevan's authority in NKR negotiations

PanARMENIAN.Net - Official Stepanakert should have long ago passed a law, defining Yerevan's authority in NKR conflict settlement negotiations, politologist Suren Zolyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter at a news conference in Yerevan.

"I believe that some regulations should have been worked out for Armenia to represent Stepanakert's interests in the course of negotiations," Armenian politologist emphasized. According to him, NKR's indignation over Madrid principles is quite understandable and the worst aspect of these principles is the fact of presenting NKR as a geographical territory in the document specified.
