OSCE Secretary General anticipates development in talksJuly 17, 2009 - 21:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - OSCE Secretary General Marc Perrin de Brichambaut hopes Armenian and Azeri Presidents will reach progress during their upcoming meeting in Moscow.Touching upon Russian, American and French Presidents' statements during G8 Summit in Italy, Brichambaut said they contained mutually acceptable principles aimed at achieving NKR conflict settlement. "Those principles cannot fully be to party's advantage, but it is necessary to make every possible effort to bring positions closer to achieve peace," OSCE Secretary General noted.
