  Babken Harutyunyan calls for settlement of liberated territoriesJuly 29, 2009 - 21:48 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Public Council member Babken Harutyunyan said he is concerned over a number of issues related to the Nagorno Karabakh Republic. "I am particularly concerned about the settlement of liberated territories," he said. Harutyunyan stressed that Armenia and NKR had 20 years at their disposal to re-settle the regions but did nothing for the purpose.
