"Russia succeeded in engaging Turkey into South Stream. This move will whip up the U.S. and Europe to launch new projects," Sevak Sarukhanyan, deputy director of Noravank research center, told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. He also said that Russian-Turkish dynamic relations will not affect Armenia. "Russia will always be interested in Armenia.
