Prices fall by 0.4 per cent in consumer market in August

PanARMENIAN.Net - 0.4 per cent price reduction was observed in Armenia's consumer market in August compared with July. According to the data of the National Statistical Service of Armenia, price reduction in the consumer market is a result of seasonal changes in prices for agricultural products.



Simultaneousely, prices for food products, including alcoholic beverages and tobacco decreased by 1.3 per cent in August compared to July, while prices for industrial goods and services increased respectively by 0.3 and 0. 8 per cent.
