Stepanakert will keep playing important role in decision-making on NKR issues

PanARMENIAN.Net - Stepanakert did and will play and important role in decision making on NKR conflict settlement issue, Caucasus Institute Director, politologist Alexander Iskandaryan told a news conference in Yerevan. "NKR is a political force that affects decision making process in Armenia, even more so than US, Russia and EU," Armenian politologist noted.
