PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian-Turkish relations can't be normalized at the expense of NKR people's self-determination, NKR's former foreign minister Arman Melikyan said.



"Several scenarios of Karabakh problem resolution have been developed but none of them is in favor of Armenian nation," he told reporters today. "None of them envisages protection of Armenian refugees' rights and NKR's control over the liberated territories."
