Arevordi Environmental Festival due on October 25-29 in YerevanSeptember 28, 2009 - 17:38 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Arevordi (Sunchild), the only environmental festival in South Caucasus is held on alternate years. On October 25-29 , several cultural centers in Yerevan: NPAK, Naregatsi Art Center and Mariott Armenia Hotel will host Arevordi second international ecological festival. The festival will feature seminars, forums and trainings. Over 60 guests including film directors, international organizations' representatives and leading ecologists will participate. Arevordi will open with a masquerade: children, dressed up like animals will march through the city to spread awareness on animal extermination. The festival will feature a number of films, including Yerevan premiere of "Home" Luc Besson's documentary.
