Karabakh process discussed in MoscowOctober 6, 2009 - 13:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Grigory Karasin, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister and Yuri Zubakov, Deputy Secretary of the RF National Security Council, met Monday with Helga Schmid, director of Policy Unit of the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union to discuss Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement process. The officials also exchanged views on the situation in the South Caucasus, the RF MFA press office reported. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
