Turkey unlikely to ratify protocols till April 24, 2010October 23, 2009 - 17:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish parliament is unlikely to ratify protocols on normalization of relations with Armenia till April 24, 2010, according to Kiro Manoyan, ARF Dashnaktsutyun Bureau's Hay Dat and Political Affairs Office Director."If Armenia and Azerbaijan do not sign an agreement on Karabakh before the next anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, Turkey will hardly ratify the protocols," he said, adding that ARFD will spare no effort to prevent ratification. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
