  Syunik Court resolves to provide Shahumyan industrial town residents' safetyOctober 30, 2009 - 20:15 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - RA Syunik Region Regular Court resolved to take actions towards provision of Shahumyan industrial town residents' safety and health, endangered through the operations of Deno Gold Mining Plant, local ecological safety provision and democracy development organization reported to Eco Lur.Earlier, Shahumyan industrial town residents applied to court, demanding provision of safety and health, threatened because of a huge trench with appeared as a result of Deno Gold Mining operations. No safety measures were taken by the plant to either fence the trench or put up warning signs.
