Armenia supports Upper Lars check-point opening

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia's position on Upper Lars check-point opening is well known, which we've repeatedly stated, RA MFA press secretary Tigran Balayan noted, commenting on Russia's and Georgia's statements regarding transportation restoring through Upper Lars check-point. According to him, Armenia supports the initiative.
