Armenia to take part in UN Food Organization's Summit in ItalyNovember 16, 2009 - 17:24 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian delegation led by Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan has left for Italy to take part in UN Food and Agriculture Organization's Summit, Government's press service reports.Among delegation members are Head of Government staff David Sargsyan, Minister of Agriculture Gerasim Alaverdyan, Deputy FM Arman Kirakosyan and other officials. Armenian delegation will also have meetings with General Director of organization, Head of International Fund for Agricultural Development and Executive Director of UN International Food Program. ![]() ![]() Yerevan has dismissed Turkey’s demand to shut down the Armenian nuclear power plant as “inappropriate”. Armenia will loan 2.9 billion drams to Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh), according to a draft government decision. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan has “strongly condemned” Armenia’s decision.
