Swiss Foreign Ministry refrains from commenting upon Turkish diplomat's statement

PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Hulusi Kykydzh ruled out possibility of opening border unless Karabakh issue is resolved. PanARMENIAN.Net asked Swiss Foreign Ministry whether it considered Turkish diplomat's statement contradicting the spirit and principles of Armenian-Turkish Protocols signed.



The latter, however, refrained from making any comments.
