The indifference of Georgian authorities contradicts the country's international commitments to establish good-neighborly relations, to protect the national minorities' rights and to preserve their cultural and historical heritage," AAC Supreme Spiritual Council said in a statement. The SSC called on Georgian leadership and Georgian Orthodox Church to grant a legal status to the AAC and preserve Armenians' sacred places.
