In an interview with Belarusian media, the Russian President said, “The charter of the Collective Security Treaty Organization reads that aggression against one of the member countries is viewed as aggression against the entire bloc. It’s a very serious language. We sometimes forget about it but actually there are partner commitments, which include military commitments as well.”
