Stepan Grigoryan: RA can sign a framework agreement with Azerbaijan

PanARMENIAN.Net - Analytical Center on Globalization and Regional Cooperation (ACGRC) jointly with German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP) conducted the 2nd Security Forum of South Caucasus on December 11 in Tbilisi.



"The forum covered a number of regional issues including Karabakh conflict settlement and Armenia-Turkey rapprochement," ACGRC chairman Stepan Grigoryan said.



At that, he noted that Turkish experts expressed hope for progress in Karabakh conflict settlement in the context of Armenia-Turkey relations.



"Everyone understands that Armenia can't make serious concessions in Karabakh issue. Yet, it can sign a framework agreement with Azerbaijan," Grigoryan said, adding that Karabakh should be engaged in the negotiation process.
