SCPEC, PSRC sign memorandum of cooperation

PanARMENIAN.Net - The State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC) and Public Services Regulatory Commission  (PSRC) of the Republic of Armenia have singed a memorandum of cooperation.



The memorandum envisages regulation of communications, protection of business entities and consumers. Besides, the commissions undertake to hold consultations on technical and professional issues.
