Ara Simonyan wins election at 10th constituency, RA CEC says

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to preliminary data provided by the RA Central Election Committee, National Unity member Ara Simonyan won the pre-term parliamentary elections at the 10th constituency, gaining 7622 votes.



Other candidates - Davit Hakobyan (leader of Marxist Party of Armenia) and Nikol Pashinyan (editor-in-chief of Haykakan Zhamanak newspaper) - garnered 299 and 5023 votes respectively.



The total number of voters made 13380. 438 ballots were announced invalid.
