Balian, who lives and trains in Los Angeles, will represent Armenia for the second time, after a vain attempt in Nebelhorn Trophy in Oberstdorf last year.The ISU European Figure Skating Championships 2010 will be held in Tallinn, Estonia from January 19 to 24, 2010. More than 120 athletes from 38 countries will gather at Saku Suurhall, a stage for Europe's best skaters competing for a title of European Champion just one month before the Olympic Games in Vancouver. Figure skating has four categories: Men's Skating, Ladies' Skating, Pairs Skating and Ice Dance. In Tallinn, European champions in each four categories will be crowned.
