Issues related to carrying out different cultural projects in Nagorno Karabakh were discussed during the meeting. The President of NKR underlined the importance of progressive development of cultural ties between the Motherland and the Diaspora qualifying it as a key element of preserving Armenian identity and national upbringing. NKR minister of culture and youth affairs Narine Aghabalyan partook at the meeting.
