Presidential Elections in Nagorno-Karabakh which are scheduled to be held on July 19, once again became the main topic of discussion in Azerbaijan and not only. The European officials have already declared the elections invalid and, which is more important, have qualified them as "having negative impact on the peaceful process of the Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict regulation".
