Representatives from Transdnestria, Abkhazia and South Ossetia have arrived in Stepanakert, the PanARMENIAN.Net journalist was told in the NKR CEC (Central Electoral Commission). Representatives of non-governmental organizations and governmental structures from 12 countries participate in observation mission, including from Armenia, USA, Italy, Greece, Germany, Serbia, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Macedonia, France, Great Britain and Croatia. Some representatives of world leading publications are also observing the electoral process of NKR.
