Results of referendum in Azerbaijan are modest, fairly democratic: 92.17% of voters balloted against exclusion from the Constitution Clause 5 of Article 101, saying «No one can be elected a president of the Republic of Azerbaijan more than two consecutive presidential terms». Out of 4.9 million voters of Azerbaijan 3.478.571 people took part in the elections, or 71.08%.
