An elective course on the Quran and the life of the Prophet Muhammad will be available at middle schools and high schools.

“Foreign policy strategy must be developed on the general ideological basis of the Armenian people,” Armen Rustamyan said.

Vahan Hovhannisyan believes that domestic problems like corruption, monopolies and poverty should also be tackled.

Vahan Hovhannisyan said incompetency of Armenian Foreign Ministry and delegations damage the country’s policy.
