To train qualified employees, South Caucasian Railways established collaboration with Rostov State Railroads University and St. Petersburg State University of Communications, as well as RA State Engineering University. South Caucasian Railways also place much importance on personnel training in management and leadership. At August 4 meeting, Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University rector Armen Darbinyan and South Caucasus Railways general manager Shevket Shaydullin signed a memorandum on establishment of a corporate management school for the training of top managers.
