Armenia's Competitiveness Agenda panel presentation to be held in WashingtonOctober 7, 2010 - 20:06 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The National Competitiveness Foundation of Armenia (NCFA) will organize a panel presentation and discussion entitled Armenia's Competitiveness Agenda: Partnering across Networks on October 7 in Washington. The event aims to introduce Armenia's latest development initiatives and investment projects, and to present the work of the Competitiveness Foundation. New projects will be discussed, ranging from tourism product development to nuclear medicine. Vahram Nersisyants, Chief Economic Advisor to the President of the Republic of Armenia, will present the challenges facing Armenia during the global economic crisis and strategic directions for restoring growth. Pegor Papazian, CEO of the National Competitiveness Foundation of Armenia, will outline the Foundation's strategy and projects. Also speaking at the panel will be Andre Andonian, Director and Global Leader of Advanced Industries Sector at McKinsey & Company, and Noubar Afeyan, CEO of Flagship Ventures. The presentations will be followed by an in-depth question and answer session and a reception, NCFA press service reported.
