Armenian government to do its utmost to boost ties with French communitiesOctober 8, 2010 - 18:52 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan said that Armenia attaches importance to establishment of direct ties between regions of Armenia and France. Armenia tries to apply the French experience of local self-government, Sargsyan said during a reception organized in honor of participants of the Armenian-French forum of decentralized cooperation. According to him, direct cooperation with regions of France facilitates equal development of Armenia’s regions. “The organized discussions between specialists of the Armenian Ministry of Territorial Administration and heads of French communities are very valuable. The Armenian government will do its utmost to boost these ties,” concluded Sargsyan.
