One-window business registration to be introduced in Armenia from March 7

PanARMENIAN.Net - During the February 17 sitting, the Armenian government approved amendments to earlier decisions, simplifying state registration of legal entities and private entrepreneurs through introduction of one-window principle.

Armenian Minister of Justice Hrayr Tovmasyan noted that a complex procedure had been in force until 2011 for state registration of both legal entities and private entrepreneurs, what had contributed to corruption risks.

From now on, one-window principles will be introduced from March 7, 2011, under which those who want to establish a legal entity or become a private entrepreneur should apply to one structure – Agency for state registry of legal entities at the RA Ministry of Justice
