24.7thous. tons of bread produced in Armenia in January 2011

PanARMENIAN.Net - Bread production in Armenia totaled 24.7thous. tons in January 2011, remaining unchanged as compared with the same period in 2010.

At the same time, flour production increased by 58.5%, amounting to 11.3thous. tons, while confectionery production amounted to 429.3. tons that is 11.9% lower compared to January 2010, the RA National Statistical Service reported.

Production of macaroni products increased by 2.4 times, totaling 267.1 tons in January 2011. During the same period, cereal production grew by 5.1 times, amounting to 54 tons.
