Armenia expects to receive $20mln from MCC in Q2 2011March 11, 2011 - 17:22 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On March 11, the Armenian government hosted a sitting of the Governing Council of Millennium Challenge Account – Armenia, led by the Prime Minister, council chairman Tigran Sargsyan. The council approved the 19th bid, which will be submitted to the Millennium Challenge Corporation. Under the bid, Armenia expects to receive $19.948mln from the Corporation in the second quarter of 2011, out of which $19.522mln will be directed for the Irrigated Agriculture Project.
