Armenian-Italian chamber of commerce to be established in RA

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Italian embassy in Armenia has suggested establishment of an Armenian-Italian chamber of commerce.

“We have developed a program which will help establishment and strengthening of contacts between Armenian and Italian entrepreneurs,” Italy’s ambassador to Armenia Bruno Scapini told journalists on March 25.

The status of the institution to be called Armenian-Italian Trade and Industrial Association will be determined during the first half of 2011. It will operate in compliance with the Armenian legislation and recognized by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development.
