  Artsakh President offers to include water issue in 2011 Telethon program  May 31, 2011 - 13:06 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - On May 31, President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan participated in Hayastan All-Armenian Fund Board of Trustees 20th meeting chaired by Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan. In his speech, Mr. Sahakyan stressed the important role of the fund in the NKR’s development and suggested once again to include improvement of Artsakh’s water supply in the program of the 2011 Telethon, taking into consideration its political, economic and social significance, the Central Information Department at Artsakh President’s Office reported.
