Paper: RPA candidate’s supporters hinder opposition campaign

PanARMENIAN.Net - Nikol Pashinyan, member of the opposition Armenian National Congress nominated in Yerevan’s 7th constituency continues his election campaign distributing personal messages to people.

Supporters of his rival, governmental candidate Samvel Alexanyan tried to block his campaign in Sheram street in Yerevan but failed in this, Haykakan Zhamanak daily says.

When Pashinyan moved to meet the voters in Yerevan’s Silikyan neighbourhood, his team recorded about 60 vehicles with elderly women and young men following them to again hamper his campaign, the paper reports.
