NAGORNO KARABAKH READY FOR TALKS WITH AZERBAIJAN "AS WITH PARTICIPATION OF ARMENIA AND OSCE MINSK GROUP AS WITHOUT THEM", NKR LEADER STATED

PanARMENIAN.Net - Nagorno Karabakh is ready to negotiate with Azerbaijan in any format - "as with the participation of Armenia and the OSCE Minsk Group as without them", NKR President Arkadi Ghukasian stated in Stepanakert today. In his words, Azerbaijan will have to sit at the bargaining table as "there is no other way-out". Noting that the parties have not achieved understanding yet, A. Ghukasian said it's conditioned by the absence of traditions and culture of communication, for what, according to him, time is needed. At the same time he pointed out that "Karabakh is going to pursue a constructive course".
