Artsakh celebrates Berdadzor villages’ liberation anniversary

PanARMENIAN.Net - On May 17, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan participated in a solemn event dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the liberation of Berdadzor sub-district villages in the Shoushi region.

President Sahakyan laid a wreath at the memorial of the Berdadzor people perished in the Artsakh Liberation war and handed in state awards to a group of freedom fighters for the courage shown during the military actions.

Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, NKR officials, guests from Armenia and Diaspora attended the event, Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President reported.
