Artsakh President attends Hayastan All-Armenian Fund meeting May 30, 2012 - 15:34 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On May 30, President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan participated in the meeting of Board of Trustees of “Hayastan” All-Armenian Fund in Yerevan. President Sahakyan congratulated the participants on the 20th anniversary of the Fund haling the organization’s contribution in the formation and development of the two Armenian independent states, as well as in the widening and deepening of Fatherland-Diaspora ties. Artsakh President deemed the socioeconomic development of the republic impossible without the assistance of the Fund. The Head of State proposed to include the projects of constructing rural community centers into the 2012 program of “Hayastan” All-Armenian Fund. President Sahakyan qualified the proportionate development of rural areas as the key component of Artsakh’s strengthening underlining that the construction of such centers would substantially contribute to activating life in the country side. The proposal was accepted and included in the 2012 telethon program, the central information department of Artsakh President Office reported.
