Russia’s Putin says Britain interested in Nord Stream gas deliveries

PanARMENIAN.Net - Britain and the Scandinavian countries have expressed an interest in deliveries of Russian gas via the Nord Stream pipeline system in the Baltic, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Friday, June 1 during talks with Germany's Chancellor Angela Merkel, RIA Novosti reported.

"You know, the gas from this transit corridor will not just be delivered to Germany but also other states, and now Britain and the Scandinavian countries have been talking to us," he said.
