Kocharian hindered coalition formation – paper

According to168 Zhamdaily, the second president of Armenia Robert Kocharian hindered formation of the coalition between the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) and Prosperous Armenia.

Prior to Prosperous Armenia leader GagikTsarukyan’s statement on the party’s decision not to join the coalition, all the political forces were confident of coalition formation.

However, Tsarukyan succumbed to pressure by Kocharian, the paper says.
