Expert: Oskanian, Tsarukyan and Kocharian may run for president

PanARMENIAN.Net - Political analyst Armen Minasyan doesn’t rule out that former Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian, second president of Armenia Robert Kocharian and Prosperous Armenia party leader Gagik Tsarukyan may run for president in 2013.

“Prosperous Armenia has its own candidates; however, there is a need for serous analysis within the party,” the expert said, dubbing parliamentary elections a tool helping to specify expectations from the presidential race.
