ALIYEV DOES NOT SEE AN ALTERNATIVE TO OSCE MINSK GROUP IN KARABAKH SETTLEMENT SO FAR

PanARMENIAN.Net - The mediators of the OSCE Minsk Group for settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict should work and not become observers, Azeri President Ilham Aliyev told journalists. As reported by Baku sources, at the same time he recognized that there is no other mechanism that could substitute for the Minsk Group so far. In Azerbaijan's leader's opinion, the refusal from the OSCE MG mission would have meant refusal from talks. Meanwhile, the opportunities to settle the conflict peacefully are not used up, he considers. At that Aliyev again noted that the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan is not subject to talks. It has never been discussed and never will, he said.
