ILHAM ALIYEV EXPECTS TALKS WITH ARMENIA TO BEAR FRUIT

PanARMENIAN.Net - We continue talks with Armenia, as we expect them to bear fruit, Azeri President Ilham Aliyev stated today when commenting on the Karabakh settlement. I will be the first to withdraw the talks, if I feel there is no perspective, he noted.
