To remind, lieutenant Gurgen Margarian, born in 1978, who was attending English courses organized within the frames of Partnership for Peace NATO Program in Budapest, was brutally killed with an axe on February 19. The murderer, Azeri senior lieutenant Ramil Safarov, who was also participating in the course, had been arrested by Hungarian Police.
