  Vietnamese communists ready to foster Karabakh settlement June 22, 2012 - 20:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Deputy chairman of the foreign relations commission of the Vietnam Communist Party’s Central Committee said they support resolution of all conflicts, including the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. “We want the problem to be solved through political dialogue”, Vuoung Thua Phong said. “We know that this is a complicated process. We are aware of the situation. We would like the international community to be involved in fair resolution of this conflict. We stand ready to assist in expediting Karabakh settlement,” Azerbaijan Press Agency (APA) quoted him as saying.
